Working on presentations, documents or spreadsheets can be filled with repetitive tasks such as applying the same text formatting in different places, adjusting indentation, adding columns or rows, etc.
If you find yourself repeating the same action over and over again, press the F4 (or CTRL+Y) keys to quickly repeat the last action. This works with all basic software tasks (formatting text, specifying bullets/numbering, using tables, etc.) and works across all Microsoft Office products.
