Quickly Locating Hard to Find E-Mail
Do you know how to perform a quick search for an e-mail?
Trying to find an e-mail that is more than a few days old can be a time-consuming challenge unless you remember the specific details (i.e., sender and date/time sent).
Microsoft Outlook’s "Advanced Find" feature can help (Tools > Advanced Find). It allows you to quickly search for an e-mail based on keywords or other criteria. It then pulls up a list of those e-mail containing the keywords or matching criteria to help find the desired e-mail.
