The Powered Performance assessment and measurement services consist of specific tools to improve individual, team and organizational performance.
- Survey Tools
Web-based online survey tools that can be customized to help capture and analyze data from individuals targeted to participate in a specific event such as a webcast, seminar, workshop, training or other business activities such as strategic planning, business development or sales meetings. The survey tools can be designed to reflect the brand and identity of a specific client. After the tools are constructed, users can be provided with the option to see a summary of the survey data immediately after completing the survey. The data is represented in a graphical form with associated statistical information. Examples of the survey tools include:

- Diagnostic Tools
Diagnostic tools that can be used to capture and analyze data to identify performance gaps and show results in real time. The data is represented in a graphical form with associated statistical information. Examples of the diagnostic tools include:
- Technology Impact Assessment Tool
The Technology Impact Assessment Tool is designed for use by by performance consultants to evaluate technology systems based on 15 critical attributes. Based on our Performance Model,
five attributes in each of three categories (context, ability and motivation) are examined during the technology review process. Each attribute has associated with it two key questions, one related to the functional capability of the technology and the other related to the experience capability of the technology. As performance consultants rate the functional and experience capabilities and write their detailed comments identifying opportunities and issues related to the technology system, the Technology Impact Assessment tool captures the data and provides a summary report in real time.
- Powered Performance Diagnostic Tool
The Powered Performance Diagnostic tool is used to help identify the importance to and proficiency levels of individuals and teams related to key performance goals or business tasks. The results from the Powered Performance Diagnostic tool can be used to identify specific performance improvement opportunities or to customize the Powered Performance workshop content to meet specific client needs.
Participants who register to attend the workshop will be invited to rate 16 performance based statements. For each statement, they are asked to indicate the level of importance and their current level of proficiency using a five point rating scale. The cumulative results from all participants as well as the individual results are computed and available for viewing immediately after participants submit their responses.
- Culture Survey Tool
The Culture Survey is an instrument designed to assess corporate culture; a description of how the executives and employees of an organization work together in order to achieve their goals. This instrument works by breaking culture down into component scales (e.g. decision making style, results orientation, etc). Survey participants are asked to evaluate pairs of equally weighted statements in light of observed behavior within their organization. Their responses are used to develop a normative cultural profile of their organization. This profile will enable them to analyze their organizational culture to determine the appropriate action steps needed toward the creation of a self-directed learning culture.
